About Us

Prior to founding Park House Realty Capital, Michael Amirkhanian was an Executive Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he was named a Top 100 Producer across the Americas and recognized as a CoStar PowerBroker.  He has advised on and invested in multifamily and mixed-use properties across Central Brooklyn since 2007—completing more than 250 transactions totaling over $700 million in aggregate consideration. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Bedford-Stuyvesant Gateway Business Improvement District.  Michael was previously a Senior Vice President at Massey Knakal Realty Services prior to its 2014 acquisition by C&W, where he received the Richard Marcinko Award for Tenacity, Loyalty, and Single-Mindedness in Purpose, as well as the PIER Award for Exemplifying Core Values. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Transwestern Commercial, where he contributed to the firm’s quarterly multifamily publication for the Washington, D.C. Metro market.

Michael served as Chairman of the Board (2018–2021) of Reconnect New York, a non-profit dedicated to empowering underserved youth through entrepreneurship. He graduated with Dean’s List honors from the Kogod School of Business at American University (’03), where he competed as a Division I scholarship track-and-field athlete.  A Richmond, Virginia native, Michael now resides in Studio City, CA with his wife, Dr. Kareena Kevork, a Lecturer of Pediatric Dentistry, Dental Anesthesiology at UCLA and Principal at West Coast Sedation. Together, they maintain an endowment dedicated to supporting women’s entrepreneurship programs in Yerevan, Armenia.
